3. Office Address Proof: You have to provide an office address proof where you want to book the tickets. If you are on the rented premises you can provide the rent agreement or any utility bill of the premises.
4. Residence Address Proof: You have to provide one residential address proof where you are currently residing.
5. Mobile Number: This mobile number should not be blacklisted or registered in the personal ID with IRCTC.
6. Email ID: Email Id must not be registered with IRCTC personal ID.
7. Registration form: This prefilled form will be shared by the Principal Service Provider with you. You have to print, sign & send back the scanned copy.
8. Declaration form: You will get the declaration form in your email. You have to print, sign & send back the scanned copy.
9. One Photograph: One passport-type photo has to share, the same can be clicked from your mobile.
10. IMEI Number / Device ID / Video verification: You have shared the IMEI number of the mobile phone in which you are using your registered mobile number to get the OTP for login. The second method for login is that you can also choose a single device for login, in that case, an IMEI number is not required. Another method for login is USB based dongle in which your digital signatures will be stored so that you can log in to any device using that USB Dongle.

IRCTC agents are permitted to book both Opening and Tatkal tickets but there will be a blocking time :

• For Opening tickets, there is a blocking time of 10 minutes.
• For Tatkal tickets, there is a blocking time of 30 minutes.

Additionally, IRCTC agents cannot book tickets using their IRCTC Agent login during the following time slots in the morning:

• 08:00 AM – 08:10 AM
• 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM
• 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM
